Orders and Shipping Policy
Orders
All products are made-to-order, just for you. Once payment is received, orders go into production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. All sales are final. The process from point of sale to shipment is approximately 3 weeks. Time spent in transit may vary, depending on final destination. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
USA Domestic Shipping (Free!)
All US Domestic Orders ship free via USPS.
If the product arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the defective product to hello@brandygibbsriley.com. We will be happy to replace defective products.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we will in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter for updates!
