How long will it take to receive my order?
All products are made-to-order, just for you. Once payment is received, orders go into production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. All sales are final. The process from point of sale to shipment is approximately at 3 weeks. Time spent in transit may vary, depending on final destination. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. Once payment is received, orders go into production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. If the product arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the defective product to hello@brandygibbsriley.com. We will be happy to replace defective products.
What is your shipping policy?

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping on retail products at this time, but we will in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter for updates. If you are outside the US and interested in purchasing custom or one-of-a-kind artwork, please contact us hello@brandygibbsriley.com. We’ll brainstorm a solution.
Can you tell me more about color and color matching?
Different ground fabrics and substrates have different color base fibers and, therefore, final printed colors may vary from one product category to the next. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or device’s displays of any color will be accurate. If you have any questions about color, please contact us at hello@brandygibbsriley.com.

Do you offer wholesale and trade accounts?
Yes. We offer trade accounts to US-based retailers, interior designers, and architects for purchasing pillow covers. Need yardage or custom artwork? We can help with that too. Please send us an email at hello@brandygibbsriley.com and include your name, business name, contact information, and EIN number.
